Bill Sales Orders - Customize screen completely breaks it

Tried to Customize the Bill Sales Order screen and add a couple of columns I really want added.

Now "Bill Sales Orders" generates an unexpected error.  I am shut out! 

Oh dear, I don't know if I am up for another 90 minutes on hold, followed by a "I can't reproduce this in my test account" response...
