Use caution when issuing refunds for items w/ quantity pricing

in Accounting / ERP

I have item "A".  I have qty pricing setup on item A.  Buy less than 10 the price is $10.00.  Buy 10 or more the price drops to $8.00. 
If I sell 10 @$8.00, the customer returns 5 of them.  While they only paid $8.00 each Netsuite defaults to refunding them at $10.00 each.
