All items in sales order lost if Credit Card Fails to Process
I've had this irritating problem for a while, but I haven't bothered investigating 'til now...
When a customer is on the phone to place an order, it's often quickest to make a copy of one of their previous orders, and just change the items. But, if this is a credit card purchase (99% of mine are), and the CC fails to process (often because I haven't noticed that the card has expired), then the item list seems to revert to the item list of the SO that was copied from (maybe all the data reverts, but the item list is the one I've noticed).
