Inventory on order without location
It's possible, though probably not generally desirable, to have a P.O. without a location value specified.
This is dangerous in that inventory on such P.O.'s will not show up as being on order on the inventory screen of an inventory item. There's no line in the table for 'location unspecified'.
Perhaps there should be a special line to show item quantities on open sales orders and P.O.'s that don't have a proper location set?
Just a thought.
