Items - Quantity and Commission Module
We have a service item (Service for Sale) that can be sold in fractions (for example, .50 for a half-hour). The price is custom. We are finding cases where the employee forgets to put in a quantity, yet they do put the price. The invoice total looks okay, yet this throws off the commission module as it will not calculate on the 0 quantity.
I tried putting in .25 for minimum quantity on the Item screen, but it doesn't allow this (it throws a Invalid Number error).
Any suggestions? Does anyone have an example script that would pop a message that the quantity cannot be equal to 0 for a Service line item?
