Credit card payment posted but not processed
One of our clients has experienced the following recently. I wondered if anyone else has seen this.
Customer was invoiced and paid by cc manually entered by staff.
CC payment shows as processed and AR was credited with the payment as was the corresponding bank account.
However, the payment did not show up on the Verisign report or on the bank account. (ie they never received payment).
Anyone else experiencing anything like this?
