"Reimbursements" Tab on Transaction Records

I noticed today that there is a new subtab called "Reimbursements" on the History tab of Credit Card Charge transactions as well as Write Checks transactions.  I was looking in the help files for documentation on this feature but did not find any. Anyone know how this is used?
