-Non-Taxable- Tax Item

I deleted the -non-taxable- tax item because we just don't have that situation here, but now without it, it really messes up our SO's for our reps. They get an error that the item has been deleted and can't save the SO. The workaround is to remove the funky little thing that populates the Tax Item field.

Is there anyway I can get that tax item back so not to get this error?
