Customer can't pay online?!
We have a customer who is logging into her customer access screen to pay her open invoices. And alas, we are not able to take her money!
She cannot:
1. use the pay all button, invoices do not "check"
2. when she selects a single invoice to pay the total not appear in the payment column
3. So there is never a total for her to pay
Other customers are able to do all of the above, no problem.
It's a problem for us that she can't pay online. What could be the matter?
