Inactive customer transactions
Is there any way to show an error message when entering sales orders, invoices, etc. for customers that have been inactivated? The only time an inactive customer message shows up is when we try to post a payment to their account. We have policies about taking orders for inactive customers. Customers who haven't ordered in over a year just can't call up and place an order. But with NetSuite, it doesn't let the sales people know they are inactive when they pull up a sales order and enter their name. It also allows fulfillments and billing. It is when it
