Substituting items in Sales Orders
We sell a number of items which, on occasion, we substitute with something else. I don't think this is unusual - many companies upgrade because of unavailability or change the product sold because of unsuitability. Some of our products are sold as kits and we substitute kit components (same kit name, same selling price, just different members).
I have two questions.
1. Has anyone found an easy way of doing this in NS?
2. If not, is there any interest out there in supporting a request for an amendment to do this?
