Trying to add matrix items

I'm trying to turn on matrix items for the first time.

The online help says to go to:

Setup > Company > Enable Features > Accounting.

At that tab should be these options (according to the online help):
Inventory
Multi-Location Inventory
Assembly Items
Matrix Items
Serialized Inventory
Lot Tracking
Bin Management
Multiple Units of Measure
Advanced Inventory Management

But I only see 4 items:

Accounting
Per-Line Taxes on Transactions
Accounting Periods
Inventory

What's up? The help usually says if this feature is not available in my version, but I haven't seen mention of that at all.
