Problems w/ Retained Earnings after Upgrade
Is anyone else having problem with Retained Earnings and Commissions Payable AFTER transition to Version 11? Our current Balance Sheet is showing a very skewed amount on Retained Earnings and Commissions and discovered that it is picking up numbers way back in 2004(our year of migration to Netsuite). I know that we can do a manual entry to reverse back to correct amount but its puzzling(and SCARY) how NS can change numbers on periods that are CLOSED. I thought once periods are closed no one can change the numbers. BTW, Balance Sheet is NOT BALANCED(it's always been since our migration)
