Understanding the Difference between Assembly Items, Kits and Item Groupings

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to find out everyone's take on this situation.  We would like to create holiday packages to ship out to our customers.  The holiday packages are made up of products that we carry that we also sell singles of.  We want to be able to pre package these bundles and put them aside for our pickers and by doing so take them out of inventory so that those amounts are decremented from the individual item count and customers are unable to touch those quantities already pre packaged.  We also need to have the invoice show up with all the
