Basing Price Levels

in Accounting / ERP

Our biggest customer has a price level that they are set at. We would like to assess a 15% restocking fee on items when they return them. Up to this point, we have been doing it by hand, but I know there should be a better way. I had the thought that when we accept their Return Authorization, we should change the price level from what it is for them by default, to one such as "Restocking Fee". However, the restocking fee is based off the Base Price of the item. Is there any way to base a price level
