Days overdue indicator stopped working

The number of days overdue indicator (Lists > Relationships > Customer > Financial Tab) stopped working for us around the beginning of this month. We filed a support case on the 9th but nothing back so far. Anyone else experienced this so I can work out whether its an issue or specific to our account? We use this on a saved search for credit control, so it’s a problem we need to solve now.
