Cybersource CC processing?

According to 11.0.4 feature list, Cybersource was added as a credit card processor for US CC sales. However, when I was on the phone with NS support this afternoon they said this was not yet implemented even though it appears to be available on the credit card setup page within NS.

Does anyone have an answer on this question?
