Can't change Item Fulfillment to correct Dept.

I'm having a slight problem with an item fulfillment record showing up in the wrong column in my income statement.  We view our income statement by departments, so everything should be in a titled category. I have 1 item fulfillment that I just can't get re-assigned to the correct department. I've checked everything that has to do with that sale, and I'm just not able to figure it out. Anyone have any idea what I'm missing???
