Problems generating PDF print files in IE 7 SP2?

I recently upgraded to IE 7, service pack 2 and now I cannot print using the print button on the forms.

When I press the print button the usual screen opens up on a new window but then it asks me if I want to OPEN - SAVE - CANCEL.

If I press Open the screen is blank. If I click save it says the file is not found.

Anyone else having this problem? Is the IE 7 or a problem in Netsuite?
