Account balance discrepencies
Spent 1/2 hour on hold for support before being called away and had to give up, so maybe someone here has ideas.
When checking our end of year checking account balance in NS we get differing results. I am getting one number when looking at the balance under a GL report than I get looking at the bank register for the same time period. This is occurring with at least 2 users. One user is getting the same number with each report (the number that the rest of us get when looking at it through the bank register.
Any thoughts about what could be going on here and how to fix?
