Secpay/Payments screwed
Anyone else having problems with payments?
1) Bulk billing keeps dieing
2) People's transactions are failing but we are receving orders from them
3) Credit card transactions are extremely slow and therefore people are submitting the same order up to 8 times.
4) People are getting all sorts of errors at checkout, i.e. timeouts, bad usernme/password from secpay, even though they can try again and it's ok.
The whole thing for us is screwed. I have actually complained now for 3 weeks and now support tell me there are no relevant issues. Despite tellimg them above, they kept logging it under secpay refund issue?!
