email addresses for doc type
Has anyone run into this limitation in netsuite and found another way?
We have large customers and multiple contacts....
We need to send order confirmations (Sales Orders) to our sales contact
We need to send Invoices to the A/P contact.
We need to send Statements to another person in A/P
and so on...a different person for a different doc.
Is there a way, for a given customer, to assign a default email to a specific type of document? Now only ONE email is assigned to ALL docs...this is very inefficient and wastes the power of netsuite.
