How do we show time detail/memo on invoice?
Our techs enter time on cases as billable. They fill in detail in the memo of the time entered. That time is automatically put on an invoice. The problem is, the invoice is not showing detail/memo area of that time. So, the invoice just says, "Help Desk Support" "1hr" then rate. Customers are asking and wanting detail. It's turning into a HUGE problem. Help.
