Promo Codes and tracking expenses
We've created a bit of a problem for ourselves.
We have been using classes on expense reports, po's and bills to track all expenses. For example:
As a charity we have events. So ... for an event, we want to track income as well as expenses. The income from the event goes to particular projects which are items. Ideally we'd like to use Promotion codes to track expenses as well as income.
So, when someone donates $100 for a well in Rwanda at this event (let's say its a gala), the transaction would use the promo code for the event and the item for the well. That part works.
