billing schedules broken in 11.0.6??
I am seeing a couple of odd things with billing schedules. I figure the easiest way to share is by posting the cases here. Can anyone please comment if I am misunderstanding anything, or please try to get these looked at by support sometime soon?

transaction billing schedule applying to line items
I am applying a billing schedule to a transaction, but instead of applying the initial amount to the whole transaction, it is applying the initial amount * the number of line items. So if I put an initial amount of 1000, and there are 5 line items, the first invoice is for 5000 (should be 1000). Please help.
