Adding formatted text on the end of a pdf Transaction Form

We want to add some signature and other data on the end of our pdf Quotation (Estimate) form.  This runs to about 30 lines.  At the moment, it shows OK (although not well formatted) if the quotation is short but if the Quotation has many rows, the body of the quotation writes over the extra text.

Is there any way that you can:-

1.  Have rich text?
2.  position this text on the "end" of the quotation regardless of how many item lines are included in the Quotation?
