Assign multiple income accounts to one item
Hello,
In creating a new item 'service for sale', we would like to divide the amount amongst more than one income account. Is it possible to do this at this time?
For instance, I would like to create a sales order with service package A which costs $1000. Behind the scenes, I would like Netsuite to allocate $200 to income account 1, $200 to income account 2, and $600 to income account 3.
I think one way to do this is to assign a new income account for this specific SKU, and then use journal entries to split them each month, but obviously an automatic way would be more precise and convenient.
