Verify Billing Address On webstore- Help

in Accounting / ERP

Is it possible in netsuite to verify customers billing address during the checkout process on the webstore and while taking phone orders? We are being held accountable by our CC processing company to verify the billing address on every transaction.
Any suggestions on the best way to do this would be appreciated.
