Cancel Order

Hi

We have just started using Netsuite for live transactions and wondered how you cancel an order. We have had an order that has come via the web and unfortunately needs to be cancelled.

I have tried looking the issue up but cannot see anywhere how it is done.

I assume that it is possible as I noticed that one of the settings is 'send email when order cancelled'
