Credit Memo Error
We've been running into errors when trying to apply certain credit memos. We're not sure what's going on.
To apply the Credit Memo, we've been:
1) Looking up the invoice we want to apply the Credit to
2) Clicking on the Credit button
3) Click on the Apply tab
4) Verify that the Invoice to which you want to apply the credit has been checked by NetSuite.
5) Hit Save button
6) Get taken to Unexpected Error page
We have been able to get these credit memos applied by using this method instead:
