Locked Transaction
We're using "locked transactions" rather than accounting periods. Users (salesreps) are unable to print or email a copy of an invoice if it is in a locked period. The exact error message is:
Transaction input failed because it was before transaction locking date.
Is this a bug or by design? The "locked transaction" entry form says, "Transactions dated on or before the date entered here will be locked. Users will not be able to enter, edit, or delete them."
I can understand not "enter, edit, or delete," but it seems like they should be able to print or email them.
