Customize Statements

We have a situation where a large majority of our customers use the same third party biller. For clarity, I want to add the actual customer name as well as the billing address on our statements. I cannot find where I can do this. There is a choice of adding a sub customer column but I'd like it in the ship to area of the statement. Does anyone know what to select to accomplish this?
