case 58743. Problem with mem. transactions in 2007.0.5.

Im not sure if this is now fixed - but we have a problem with mem transactions that write a check to online bill pay and its not flagging to paying via online bill pay.  This causes a check to get created (so booking the payment) and the vendor not getting paid.   It seemed to have been happening earlier this month and we had vendors calling us up not being paid when we thought they had.

anyone else with this problem ?.
