Texas Sales Tax

We do business based out of Texas, and the Sales Tax guidelines are extremely difficult to follow. In short, the zip code does not indicate what sales taxes are to be collected. There are some areas that overlap, and then there is a question of how it is delivered (either on our truck or by a 3rd party). Has anyone figured out how to correctly charge tax to Texas customers when your business is also operating out of Texas?
