Credit Card Fees

I am posting my experiences and costs in hopes that I can save MindIQ and everyone here a few bucks by sharing information. 

We use PayFlow for the Gateway (which I believe is Verisign, but could be wrong) and eMerchant Solutions (eMeS) for processing.
Monthly Fees:
$49 - Gateway fee
2.27% MasterCard/Visa Discount Fee - what eMes collects on each sale
$0.20 American Express Authorization for each transaction in addtion to their  
        discount fee.
.054 per cent of each transaction  - MasterCard Commercial World type card (reward card -thought people were getting those trips for nothing?  :-))
1.91 per cent of each transaction - Visa No Qualifying (translated = reward card).
