Billable Time & Invoices

There are a number of threads on this subject but they relate to memo fields.  What we need is the ability to include a description on the Billed Time record that can get transferred to the Description field in the Invoice

eg "Project Meeting on 21st May"  billable 5.0 hours

to end up as an invoice row with a description: "Project Meeting on 21st May" and a rate and total charge for the 5 hours
