Transactions Sublist View

Can someone tell me what Permission is required for an accountant centre role to enable the Transactions tab as a sublist view on the vendor form/record.

My Financial Tab only has Schedules and Items.  Yet with administrator (on the same form) it has Schedules, Transactions and Items


The custom role has a (only slightly)modified set of Transaction Permissions.
