Importing CoA Types

When importing a Chart of Accounts, the type 'Credit Card' is missing.  I have found that I can import the credit cards using 'other current liability', but then I have to remove them from the parent to change the type, and then put them back under the parent.  (I can easily change the parent type, but then the child records start throwing errors that make no sense) A lot of steps for a workaround.  Anyone know of a better way?

Better yet, anyone know why the import template is incomplete?
