Job Tracking - Multiple Billable Rates

Does anyone know if it is possible using the Advanced Job Tracking module to automatically assign billable rates to project resources?  These rates should be specific to each individual for that project only. 

Currently our workaround is to have each employee enter their billable rate for that job when entering their billable time for that job.  Ideally this should happen behind the scenes without the need for an employee to enter their rate. 

Any suggestions are appreciated!
