Pending Paypal Authorization status - Cannot approve sales order

hello all, need some suggestions.   I have some sales orders generated from the webstore that are in "Pending Paypal authorization" status as the customers did not go through the paypal payment process after the orders are submitted.  For those orders i do not see anyway to approve it if the customers submit the payment to us later.  There is no approve button and before 2007 version i was able to edit the order and change the status to pending fulfillment.  However, now with 2007, it will not even let me change the status on it.  The orders are stuck right
