Terms on specific date of year

We are in the gift / Christmas industry where it is common to have terms called 12/10 dating.

Basically, all of the invoices you receive during the year on due on 12/10 of the given year.

December 10 2007 lands on Monday.

How can terms be setup to have invoices due on 12/10?
