Tax Tables not updating Rate on Sales Orders?

Today we created some quotes in NS and when we select the Tax Code on the sales order, it's not updating the tax rate on the transaction.

We select the tax code and the tax on the transaction is $0.00

When we select another tax selection it is still $0.00 is not being updated as per the tables.

Can someone from NS advise if this is a bug? We have not changed or updated the tax table since Jan. of this year.
