More than one custom list for different transaction lists?
We want to customize and lock down records displayed on the list views of PO's and expenses.
The Problem: When I restrict our Sales Manager to the custom list for PO's and expenses for her employees, this is also the only list she can see when viewing Opportunities. Since the custom list only shows PO's and expenses, she can not view Opportunities in a list.
Is it possible to specify which transaction the custom list should be applied to? If not, how can I restrict the Sales Manager to see only her subordinates PO's/expenses? I tried using the department/employee restriction on the user role and it is not feasible in our account - this locks her out of records she needs access to.
