Sales Tax Liability by Tax Item

Our Sales Tax liability by Tax Item report is no longer pulling in the correct amounts specifically the resale accounts. 

We typically run this report weekly.  Is this unique to us or are others experiencing the same? This problem  started the week of October 15th. We currently use Netsuite Small Business.

We have contacted Netsuite support but they don't seem to have an answer.

Why is it that Netsuite can't provide a Sales Tax program that mimicks the actual State of California form (or other state)?  Does it not seem logical to have this?  How does Netsuite fill out their tax forms?  Manually?
