Checking Account Balance vs. Report Balance not jiving

in Accounting / ERP

We just did our first Bank Rec.   Unfortunately it was for a month that was partially on our old system and partially on NS.  Therefore we had to enter checks not written in NS to get the Bank Rec to balance.   The problem now is that the register balance is correct but the standard reports like TOTAL BANK BALANCE are wildly off from the register balance.

Any ideas?
