Visa / MC high discount rate

Has anyone been shopping around for best credit card rates recently?

I have just found out we can pay up to 3.8% on corporate visa cards. That is even more than Amex.

Purchasing cards are O.K., I guess the corporate reward cards are the most expensive.

I appreciate your feed backs.
