Currency Exchange Rates

Hi

Can anyone advise how can we update exchange rates in NS ?, we have already set up the currencies, but would like to update them daily ( as the US Dollar is moving so much ).

What impact does changing the exchange rate have in NS ?, will it retrospectively change anything ?, or just forward from the point when it is changed ?
