Template Orders / Manually Entering Orders

We are manually processing 150-200 orders a day.

Keying these in takes a lot of time and is very repetitive.

We asked NetSuite about creating a template order with our 5 top selling items as pre-entered lines.  (Figuring it will be quicker to enter zeros than enter the actual lines.)  However the response was that it cannot be done.

Has anyone else had any experience of how to speed up the very time consuming process of manually entering orders?
