Cash Flow Statement is hosed!

We have been trying to get our cash flow statement to work for several months and cannot determine what is wrong.  We took the standard form and renamed it and saved it under our naming convention. I also modified this using the customization tab to show the account detail. Even though we have our accounts tagged to the correct layout sections, we have a/p in 4 places, a/r in 3 places, our bank account is in 4 different sections and all of these have different balances in each section they appear! Netsuite Gold Support has not called me back still.
