Vendor Returns

Can someone at NS take a look at this. Please explain why this would be happening, if it will get corrected, at what we do for retro transactions.

1. One serialized inventory item. Price $50.00. Cost 25.00. Stock start level zero. One main-line location.
2. Functionally we are creating a Sales order, special ording it, receiving and fulfiling it. Then the order gets cancelled. So now RMA'ing it. Vendor Returning it.

We get this - but why on earth would there be cog adjustments ?. See last 2 lines. Something doesnt seem right ?.
